Each session is designed to build knowledge — walking job seekers through a host of career-related topics along with specific ways to improve their job searching — and community as they share ideas and network through the group chat and in breakout rooms.
Since 2021, over 10,500 individuals have signed up for career coaching through SkillUp’s robust website — with each person either attending a group coaching session or receiving the resources covered in the sessions. Using the website in concert with the online sessions brought these participants to a new level of know-how and ease.
The quotes the participants shared and their completed surveys stand as evidence that their comfort level in the materials being covered more than doubled thanks to this experience.
